Yummy........Mmmmmm.........

This week, I've decided to make homemade SANDWICH BREAD. It has been tested and highly approved, and I was asked to "please make it all the time". So it's something I'll be doing on a regular basis now. Oh my! The house smells so good while it's baking!
I guess I have been baking way to good lately! My husband came home from work and volunteered his wife's baking for the Christmas party at work and signed me up for 24 cookies, 2 pumpkin pies....oh he told everyone they would be from scratch! Yikes sounds like I have my work cut out for me next week, oh.... and 7 layer dip also!
You can find the recipe with the link above I included!
~ I did add slightly more honey than it called for and LESS salt.~
Have a lovely day!

Pumpkin Bread

I made the most yummy Pumpkin Bread Yesterday ever! It was from the same Pumpkin (in the below post) I cooked down on Thanksgiving. It sure was yummy....so I'm spreading the yummy bread today and taking it to some special friends and family!
Have a beautiful day!
Heres the recipe:
PUMPKIN BREAD
1- can (15 ounces) of Pumpkin (I used fresh)
4 eggs
1 cup oil (I used less)
2/3 cup water
3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Grease and flour your pans
Bake at 350 for approx. 50 minutes
ENJOY!
