Our Thanksgiving

Our Thanksgiving was Beautiful! We were with my family at my parents farm!

This was the pumpkin I turned into wonderful pies! It was my first time cooking down pumpkin and it was fun! They were Yummy! It was a success! These Apples made this Yummy Pie!

These guys were waiting for some Turkey! They are such sweethearts and loyal doggies! I just had to snap a picutre!

Today I went to garage sales and bought a little something for the kids! While a big something.....Full size drums! The lady thought my son was so sweet and let us have the whole set for $20 bucks! Well we came home with the whole set.....which we have no room for and husband asked me if I had lost my mind! Well a course I did.....it's super loud!

My kids, nieces and I plan on making cookies for Thanksgiving.

My son came up with the idea of making hand print turkey cookies!

So I googled it and found this great fun recipe! Friday is our baking day! I'll post pictures soon of our creations.

Barbie is coming to town

Calling all moms of Barbie-lovin’ little girls (or maybe even Barbie-lovin’ moms) . . . Get free Barbie-themed swag, including reusable shopping bags! As a mom with a little girl obsessed with Barbie & the Diamond Castle, I think this sounds like a super fun afternoon! Barbie will be live at our Walmart!

Our Halloween

We sure had a wonderful Halloween. We started out at 11:30 am and didn't get home until 7:30 pm. and just beat the heavy rain! It sure was a great packed day! We even had daddy home with us...it was his day off!
